Q: What are your hours of operation?
A: Standard office hours: We are available anytime by appointment.

In case of an emergency, an on-call team member can be reached after hours by calling (406) 761-1722 or (406) 231-1160.

Q: Do you offer portable luxury restroom rental service to my area?
A: We service central and western Montana.

Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: We accept electronic wire transfers, and checks (note: all special event check payments must be submitted two weeks prior to the rental date).

Q: Where can the portable luxury restroom be placed?
A: All units should be placed on a level surface, preferably no further than 100’ from dedicate electric outlet and water source.

Q: What is your holiday schedule?
A: Our schedules will be altered in observation of the following holidays:
Thanksgiving
Christmas
Easter

Services normally scheduled on these dates will be performed prior to or the day after the holiday.

Q: When will the portable luxury restroom units be picked up?
A: All rentals will be picked up the following day after your event, unless otherwise specified.

Q: Can you deliver and pick-up on weekends?
A: Absolutely. Please consult your sales representative for scheduling.

Q: How do I reserve a portable luxury restroom?
A: Call one of our Event Specialists and they will be happy to help you determine which portable luxury restroom will be the best fit for your event and then provide you with a quote. Upon receipt of a signed contract and deposit, we will reserve your portable luxury restroom.

Q: What size portable luxury restroom should I order?
A: To determine the appropriate size of portable luxury restroom, various factors must be taken into consideration: number of guests, the ratio of men to women, duration of the event, and the amount of food and beverages being served. Please contact our Event Specialists who will help you determine the best solution for your special occasion.

Q: What is required for use of a portable luxury restroom?
A: The portable luxury restroom must be installed on level ground within 100 feet of electricity (110V) to run the lighting, heat, air conditioning, stereo and the pressure pumps for water. Larger units require two or three separate 110 volt outlets while smaller units require one or two. Additionally, a standard water hose outlet is needed.

Q: What if I don’t have access to power and water for the portable luxury restroom?
A: For remote locations, a generator can be rented from Quartermoon Restrooms to power the portable luxury restroom and a water tank can be provided for the necessary water requirements.

Q: How soon do I need to reserve a portable luxury restroom for my event?
A: Our portable luxury restrooms are in high demand for the summer months of May – October. To ensure service for your event, it is recommended you reserve your Quartermoon Restrooms rental as soon as you know the dates of your event.

Q: If my event will span more than one day, will they be cleaned and serviced?
A: We are committed to providing you the highest level of service so that your restroom needs are not a concern during your event. We will work with you at the time of scheduling to determine the best maintenance schedule so as to not interrupt your festivities but still provide clean, working facilities.

Q. Can I pick up the portable luxury restroom or have someone else haul the trailer?
A: No. It is Quartermoon Restrooms' policy that we use only our own trucks and employees to deliver and place our portable luxury restroom due to insurance requirements and liability.

Q. Do the portable luxury restrooms include heating and air conditioning units?
A: Yes. All portable luxury restrooms have either air conditioners and/or HVAC system.
